Officially titled Project V Distillery and Sausage Company on their website, Project V produces Single Silo Vodka which is made from Washington Winter Wheat from the owners' family farm.
Tasting & Tours
Distillery tours and tastings Saturday and Sunday 12pm-5pm. Tastings also on Tuesday thru Friday but call ahead to be sure.
Availability
Available at the distillery and for purchase at some WA State liquor stores. There's a list available here from Project V's official site.
