Dry Fly Washington Wheat Whiskey

Dry Fly Whiskey is carefully handcrafted from Eastern Washington-grown soft winter wheat and malted barley, and distilled with a Christian Carl pot still from Goppingen, Germany. It is then aged for a minimum of two years in charred whiskey barrels from the Bluegrass Cooperage in Tennessee. The result is a smooth, distinctive spirit with aromas and flavors of oak, grain and vanilla, complemented by hints of toffee and spice.
