This Capitol Hill distillery and lounge run by Erik Chapman and Michael Klebeck are the makers of the very mixable Hedge Trimmer gin and a house vodka with plans to roll out more products in the near future.
Tasting & Tours
The distillery and attached bar are open daily from 5pm on and features food and a happy hour from 5-7pm. The associated Sun Liquor Lounge is located north 5 minutes north by car at 607 Summit Ave E and is also open at 5pm.

Available at WA state liquor stores, from the distillery and in cocktails from the Sun Liquor Lounge.
