OOLA is Seattle Distillery located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Local owner and distiller Kirby Kallas-Lewis serves up gin and vodka from his Architect designed tasting room. A chili infused variety is almost ready for market, and a Bourbon is in the works.
Tasting & Tours
Tasting room open 2-8pm Tue-Thur, 2-10pm Fri-Sat, and 2-6pm Sun. Reservations not necessary for a tour.
Availability
The gin and vodka are currently available for purchase from the tasting room and a half dozen or so WA state liquor stores.
